1 Corinthians 9:1-14

1A) Read me my Rights! I have rights based on:
• Eternal life: I am a citizen of Heaven; (v.1a)
• Status; (v.1b)
• Personal investment; (vv.1c-2)
• Equality; (vv.4-6, 12a)
• Common sense, and common courtesy; (vv.7-8a)
• God’s Word; (vv.8b-11)
• Christ’s teaching. (vv.13-14)

2A) I can choose to yield my rights. (v.12b)

3A) Yielding my rights will cause me to experience discomfort. (v.12c)

4A) Yielding my rights will open a door for greater, Gospel impact. (v.12d)
